I have leftover materials from the project ip chest's,what to do with them i have 2 fragments of an chest and i can't craft it what to do it bothers me just siting there.

Soon you'll be able to turn them into essence. (once they announce it)
Riot's official answer is to either buy the RP caches or wait til you can d/e them into essence.
Because what's a special event without a paygate, right?
