Maw is still too powerful

Is it just me or is Maw still pretty powerful? Not as broken as before the nerf, but I feel like it's still one of the strongest items in the game. Just watched SKT vs RNG. (I know, my summoner name is super fanboy, just made you look at it didnt i :P). But there was a teamfight where Poppy and Lucian tried to pin down the enemy Jhin. And I was sure they got him, and even Bang thought he got him and dashed away, but the Maw popped and the lifegrip passive saved Jhin. Poppy barely does Magic dmg besides her passive and sunfire. And Lucian didnt use his W on Jhin, so it was kinda weird that Maw popped in the first place. And I've had many instances in games when I'm playing AD champions and trying to bring down someone with Maw and in teamfights even when I do the almost all the dmg to that person, the Maw still pops.

Like Sterak's, i feel, for Maw there needs to be a minimum amount of Magic Dmg taken to pop that shield. As it is, that item is super gold efficient, and that passive and shield makes it almost broken. What do you guys think?
