Can you please balance Eve with runic echoes?

Eve with runic is able to build abyssal and rylai's to become the new Rengar. She is so fast you can't react to seeing her invisible so she just instant kills you. The warning is useless if you cant run or do anything. If your pink wards dont spot her, you lose. It's too easy and impossible to counter with Steraks nerfs. She also manages to be super tanky. After runic and two ap items, she just builds super tank...
