Could Karma's Mantra be given the Smite Treatment?

Change base cooldown to 50/45/40/35 from 45/42/39/36. Allow her to store an additional mantra charge.

If Karma uses a mantra charge she cannot use another one for 8/7/6/5 (based on rank) seconds.

The second charge for Mantra only begins its cooldown at 2:00. Therefore she cannot enter the laning phase with two charges (which would be a ridiculous buff for level 1-2).

Her passive affects the cooldown of the second mantra charge if she already has one available to use. Again, this is only true for after 2:00.

This could be a very interesting + fun change for Karma that doesn't actually impact her laning or early game (In fact her pre-6 may be slightly weaker since holding charges very likely won't happen, and you have a 50 second wait for a charge, up from 45). However for teamfighting, this is a nice change which can guarantee that she can use her ult twice so long as she waits for both charges, similar to old Karma.

However, she can't simply use both charges at once, much like how the smite charges work. Instead, she must wait 8 to 5 seconds based on Mantra rank to use the other charge. That's a big enough window, especially in the early game to make sure she can't combo mantra abilities too quickly (because an R+Q and R+W combo would be OP). Before level 6 it would be 8 seconds, which is way too long in any engagement and is much more practical to just use the first charge on cooldown.

Thoughts? I feel this would be interesting change to Karma which would benefit her at stages of the game that feel appropriate.

Karma needs something...

She's not really good at mid laning which, according to Riot, is supposed to be a lane which she does just fine in.

If I could give her 3 changes it'd be...

-Give her the two charges -Allow her to circle aim her ult -Reduce the snare time from her W

I'd play the shit outta her with this.
