So mobility/movement speed is a problem, or at least Riot addressed it
First of all I'd like to say rip 
Alright, now to get serious. So who has the biggest problem with movement speed right now? I would say that the two classes that don't need/shouldn't really have movement speed are the culprits.
That's right, I'm talking about Marksmen and Mages. Whereas there will always be exemptions that result from special kits. (Examples:
) These two groups should be generally slow and lathargic with one gap closer/escape. So what's the problem? Most markmen only have one mobility ability, and most mages just have CC to protect themselves, so where's this movement speed I'm talking about?
These are what I've identified the problem to be:
Since these two items have various build options, their passives should likely be unique. Right now, Caitlyn can build
which is a whopping 12% movement speed from non boot items.
TF and Xerath who are supposed to be rather immobile sitting ducks can build
and get a MASSIVE 17% movement speed. This is just stupid beyond belief. 7% movement speed would be more than sufficient for any marksman/mage to begin to kite successfully, but anything more is a bit dangerous.
Just my simple observations, so tell me what y'all think.
