Ranked Progression

Hi Rioter,

In my last 2 progression games, I had 1 team mate in each game go AFK or leave for the (almost) entire game in both games. While I understand you CAN win 4v5, its not likely.

So, I am writing to discuss the policy where if there are only 4 players on 1 team. I believe the game should not count against the team with only 4 players (both happened after the first few minutes so early surrender was not possible). Obviously since this was my progression, I had literally no choice but to play and try to win still even though i knew it was wasted time. a bronze 5 team will have a lot of difficulty finding the strength or skill to have a carry (when the adc is the one DC'ing).

What are other thoughts? Am I just unlucky? Now I have to climb back to progression again (not hard, but its a few hours) and try all over again. Simply put, frustration caused by tilted team mates that just leave.
