Nerfing champions

I would really like to Riot Games start nerfing some really crazy damages and some really crazy champions,like Garen and Master Yi,because they are making this game so unplayable.It would be the best to go back to Season 3/4,because in those seasons,there was no freaking damages like now. Riot pls do something about this,its so unplayable.
