Mid Game Entry (Non Ranked or Championship)

I redid this simply because I thought it needed to be redone, and I forgot to put a pole on this. But please read what is here, and let me know what you think by pole or by comment. Thanks

I have only been playing League for some a little bit of time now, probably not even a full 3 months yet, but I have been curious about a possible feature in the future if it has not already been discussed. I was thinking of a possible feature that allows players to join mid combat into games, that obviously are NOT ranked matches, but normal everyday matches. Since disconnecting does happen, regardless of situation, people vanish without a trace, leaving a blank character that just takes up space. If possible, I was curious and wondering if it would be possible to put in a system that if a player is inactive in a match for more than 5 minutes, which we all know is MORE than enough time to be absent, then that character is removed from the match by the server. Thus, leaving a blank spot for someone to join in on a friend if need be to help fill that now open spot. However, starting off at Lv1 would just be suicide. So, my proposition for that is to make it so that they are given the same level as the LOWEST person on that team. And 5K in game coins if they are under Lv15, and 10K if they are all Lv18. This would give them a chance to not only give that team the 5th player, but also allow it to make sure that the other team does not get a distinct advantage. Also, if you so choose to add this feature, the person coming in HAS to use the same champion as the disconnected person. This way they cannot come in with a HUGE advantage, but simply level back out the playing field. Please, if you think this idea would satisfy your interests, message me via email. Obviously, I am sure that you guys have thought about possibly adding this feature at the beginning, or at some point, but maybe not quite in this manner. Mind you, this is NOT for Ranked or for Championships. This is during regular games that basically people use for practice. Please keep that in mind before you submit a reply.
