Valid strategies that sounds toxic as hell

List some things that will sound incredibly toxic normally when typed, or said. But is actually meant as a valid strategy.

KYS/KMS: Kill yourself. Sounds toxic as crap because it is often screamed out in a fit of toxic rage. But this is actually a VALID strategy in many games including league of legends. If it looks like you can not run away. It is probably better to survive without taking damage for 13 seconds and run into a tower or a wave of minions to deny the enemy xp and gold.

Run it down Mid: The most common meaning of this is simply to intentionally feed. But it actually originated as meaning "Push the wave down mid". Because you know... mid is the shortest route to the end game objective.

Feeding: Normally feeding is bad. And dying is the worst thing you can possibly do. A number of players get upset about kill stealing for the wrong reasons though. Instead of the penta or glory... the biggest concern is the gold bonus you get for last hitting. In DOTA 1, where the term originated, people were upset about kill stealing because there were a number of defenders who just don't benefit from the gold or excess experience. It's the same with league when anyone else but your carries get fed. The champion is still getting stronger.... but I'd rather a thresh kill me than a freaking Jinx.

Trolling/Camping: Obviously one of the worst things a player can ever do... to their team. Trolling is often one hell of a strategy to just force someone on the opposite team to tilt hard. I've personally ganked and camped a top laner for four kills. First was the gank. Second was when he TPed back. Third between the towers. Fourth in his base before any towers were actually destroyed. Last was when I spotted him trying to rotate. And yeaah... I kinda waited for him.

Troll Pick: In a game with over 100 champions, picking an off meta champion isn't necessairly bad. Chances are a number of players will only know at most thirty of them in and out. It'd be incredibly unlikely to find someone who knows the game so well that they can identify all of the abilities, weaknesses, strengths, counters, etc of any champion unless they were popular enough to be selected.

Gah! Those darn troll picks. Trundle players are the worst in that regard imo.

Picking off-meta vs Troll picking is the only thing I agree with you on. Players often call something a troll pick simply because it isn't meta. This is dumb and people should be more open minded. Lots of unconventional or uncommon things work.

That said, it is the responsibility of everyone on the team (the off-meta player included) to not exacerbate the situation by antagonizing one another.

I disagree with everything else. You shouldn't "re-purpose" phrases which the community commonly accept to mean something else. You're just creating excuses for toxic pricks to say stuff like,

"lol I meant something else, you didn't know that? lol that's your fault not mine ;)"

"KYS" is way too commonly used for the toxic meaning. Of course players can suicide their character to tower execute, but this is so rarely an occurrence that there is no need to try to re-purpose a toxic abbreviation to represent it. It's not common enough.

"Run it down mid" is also wrong. People use the terms "Shove" and "Push" to refer to that.

When you say feeding you're actually talking about killstealing vs getting teammates fed. Nobody uses "feeding" to refer to giving kills to their allies. This is called "generating picks for your team" not feeding your team.

Making opponents tilt is a strategy that works, but it's an extremely shitty thing to do. Players ought to beat their opponent with skill, not by reducing them to an emotional wreck that makes lots of mistakes and is easier to beat. It would be like fighting an opponent fair and square vs telling / reminding them that their dog or family member just died before the fight begins. There is no honor in it.
