And I found it odd that Riot chose to put the improved third attack on the skill that gives insane attack speed. Wouldn't it be more fair if the current w passive was moved to his q, so the damage and heal didn't improve along with the attack speed?
Xin Zhao's W would typically be the last ability he maxed (thus the increased damage crit would only be 25% for most of the game).
Placing the passive on hit Q would be a massive buff since it is typically the first or second ability he maxes, allowing him to increase his power far earlier.
Actually, I've been maxing R>E>Q>W for a while now. Maybe I should try going R>Q>W>E after the changes since W is new far more appealing to have maxed than it was before.
