I guess the idea of "Arabic-style dancer" didn't appeal to your Champ Dev Team, right?

See, I can't quite look at Rakan's kit and NOT think that the above Champion Concept had at least SOMETHING to do with it. But I guess Riot didn't want "Arabic-style dancer" because "too cliche".

Sounds like Rakan will be a weird pick since one of his abilities specifically interacts with Xayah. It'll make any comp that's has-one-but-not-the-other feel like trolling, IMO.
