Nidalee does not go in combat if she is at base and someone steps on her trap. Teemo goes into combat if he is at base and someone steps on his trap.
This is a critical bug for using any item that requires you to be out of combat, and is game-impairing (You don't get the speed boost at spawn, etc)

Nid is the one who should be fixed though. All other delayed damage counts as combat for other champs.
