"We will be making changes to Devourer"

I just read the state of the season comments by Meddler and am a little worried about this because the recent nerfs to Shyvana have made her very inefficient at both top lane and warrior (jungle) builds. She was definitely too strong with Devourer and deserved nerfs at the time but if the item is going to continue to be nerfed more than it already has been, I hope that Riot addresses some of these prior nerfs to put her in line with balanced play. I am fearful that this is going to be the same path we saw with feral flare junglers and cinderhulk junglers that were in a rough spot once they themselves and later the item was nerfed (Sejuani'd).
