Match - Up

My match up with my teammates has been crap. Either I have an afk, someone feeds, someone trolls, or I just have a beginner on my team. I have lost almost every game I have played since the update due to bad players I am being matched up with. I got placed B1 then they made me play another Flexed game and I had 2 feeders on my team - lost then got demoted to B3??? How bullshit is that. I have played well in all my games but due to bad teammates it is running the game for me. The match making needs to be changed, I am always matched up with players that do not know what they are doing.
