Team builder and autofill

I honestly miss team builder. I don't care if i have to wait 15 minutes for a game If I feel like playing a specific champion in a specific spot it was perfect for that. Instead, riot does a complete 180 and puts auto-fill into all queues because somebody else will cry if they have an 8 minute queue. Because this person cant wait 10 minutes I get forced into playing a role I wasn't in the mood for and might not be optimal at? I'm not asking for team builder back the dynamic queue is perfectly fine, I just think that at the very least autofill should not exist. These people who don't want to wait long in queue... can simply ROLL FILL, its THEIR problem that they don't want to wait why make it mine. I know this argument has been done to death but I just don't see how you can justify autofill, its completely countered by the fact that if you dont want to wait in queue you can just queue for fill. In WoW it's not uncommon to wait 30-40 minutes for certain queues especially as a dps.
