Minions do not have their attack speed increased, but do receive the damage. (Unique) Active - Command: Take control of a target minion or monster (Large/Epic monsters excluded). You can tell this unit where to go and what to attack by holding alt and pressing this item's activation key. Commanded units have their HP increased to a minimum of 900-1650 (based on level), and receive double the effect from Rally. Only one unit can be under your command at one time. 90 second CD.
