Should voli got the similar treatment as udyr to make him viable again?

New to this board, I don't know if I should put this post in this forum.

If udyr got buff in 7.21, together with his previous buffs, It suddenly makes udyr become decent n viable, n he also got high winrate even in high elo. Meanwhile, his main weakness of being kited easily remains unsolved. But the balance team "balance" him in this way to make him viable.

Voli has similar issue with udyr, so would Voli become viable again if he gets similar treatment? By buffing his dmg or some other stuff while his kit remains the same?

Would prefer to wait for a rework on them rather than make them walking statchecks.

they both need a rework.

Rework is probably the best option since there kit doesn't suit this meta of gameplay / changes in item

well if u are kite weakness in udyr why not go righteous glory :s that can help close the gap

Udyr doesn't need a rework, he's perfect just the way he is! Just different than the typical champ.. he's my special little snowflake :D
