Riot Plz..... Change sound slider mechanics

Riot can you please make the voice sound slider exclusive to champion quotes and not sound they make when using abilities.

I get tired of hearing champion quotes so I turn off voice but that also turns off audio ques when champions use abilities. Such as, lee sin HUKUHHH when he kicks and Yasuo's whatever he says when charging up and using q.

Seems like a simple QoL fix thx
