If the 15%+ heal shield power stacking becomes too powerful

Please please PLEASE just make the passive unique so you can't stack the items anymore

Don't nerf heal supports directly simply because you forgot to make the passive unique, that wouldn't be fair at all and there would be a huge outrage, just skip all the drama
