Sion's ult needs buff?

Dear Riot I have ben playing Sion for a long time now, and i think that Sion is a really nice and balanced champ, but as full tank and trying to keep your ADC alive and holding the other team to the ground with the hard CC sion can maintain. but his ultimate is perhaps one of the toughest ultimates too land, especially now when so many champions have so much utility you get the point, so if you could maybe give him a bit more Traverse on his ultimate, nothing much, maybe a few degrees. Sion feels awful to play. His W pops from one AA early game, and his CC is extremely unreliable. How easy it is to sidestep his CC is really embarrassing. I can't even initiate a fight 60% of the time because all his CC gets sidestepped. His ultimate just needs to turn a bit more and maybe go a bit faster.

I love his kit, but he feels AWFUL to play as.

I don't know when they will address Sion. Too much shit keeping him down as a champ.

At minimum, Riot should revert the mana nerfs to his e since things have changed a lot since he was a strong pick. Give him some more laning power due to having no reliable peel. That way he could at least work as slow split pusher that is hard to stop and hard to ignore.
