Ekko nerfs

So in total I am completely fine with the Ekko nerfs. But there is one really big problem for me with the Ekko nerfs on the PBE at the moment. The passive now only activates every 6 instead of 3 seconds on the same target. This will make the early jungle clear with Ekko impossible. I would suggest that the nerfs only affect Champions so Ekko jungle is still an option. Because if these nerfs come through Ekko will only be good in the Midlane and I think one role is not enough for a Champion like Ekko. So please Riot I don't think there is any reason for you to destroy Ekko jungle and I don't think it was intentional but it would be great if you could take a look at my suggestion.
