Trolling players

Hello.

I have one little question about trolling players. I understand you cant control all of them. But how is it possible, that in my placements I get 3 trolls in 3 games. I like this game alot, I have been playing since s4. Im in love with new champs, skins, etc. but why do you have to ruin the game experience by letting these players play more games? I am not even angy, I am just sad how where this game went. If entire team report one guy for trolling, do you mind looking at him, or do you just give him message to act "normal" and dont troll? I have never been trolling, so I am not sure what are you doing with these ppl. If you have problem solving trolls hire me at Riot, trust me, I can look at these kids all day and ban them all day, but I guess BAN is just myth.
