4.71 KDA and 7/10 Promos and Bronze 4 confused!

Hi guys,

I just now completed my promos winning 7/10 of them with a 4.71 KDA which I'm pretty sure is good and somehow ended up in Bronze 4. I CS well and have generally good kill participation i think, and I single handedly carried some games. I was silver 5 at the end of last season, can anyone explain to me how this happened?

TLDR: Dominated every provisional and got lowered by 4 divisions worth.

On average, most people were dropped 3 divisions. You had to have an MMR quite a bit higher than your division average to not get demoted, and it's pretty tough to actually come out with a promotion.

Don't feel bad about your placement, almost everyone is in the same exact predicament. Shouldn't take you long to work back up, which is the purpose of a seasonal ladder system.
