Please can you buff Volibear? He needs buffs right now.

Volibear needs heavy buffs because he is not that strong in top or jungle.

Passive cooldown should be changed from static 120 seconds to cooldown reduction now lowers the cooldown of his passive. Give Volibear Q some AD Scaling. Make Volibear's W cooldown scale down per rank instead of 18 all ranks. The Volibear's W damage should heal him off the damage dealt. E ability is fine as it is. Volibear's ultimate scaling needs to be changed from AP to AD scaling from 240%AP scaling to 240%AD scaling.

Volibear has the lowest base HP and base AD at level 18 for a juggernaut champion. All other juggernaut champions do the same thing Volibear does but better.

Tiamat is getting nerfed next patch, so that means Volibear is getting indirect nerf because he is a champion that builds Titanic Hydra.

I love this champion. Played this champion a lot of times in the past but nerfs and other champions are stronger stopped me from playing Volibear. Please buff him because I want to play him top lane again.
