Can we give Sivir an ult
Move the attack speed passive to her w and let it scale with level (10/20/30/40/50) or w/e
Right now her ult is basically an ancient coin, and most supports tend to build ancient coin anyways

Someone forgot what it was like when Sivir was Tier 1 and stampede comps were all the rage.
While i agree the passive atk spd makes more sense on her w, i would assume it is tied to the ult in order to gate her early power.
The movespeed from her ult is still incredibly power it is just not the preferred meta at the moment. What supports are building coin? Almost every supp i see is frost queens or face of the mountain.
I do really miss getting that ms boost as shyv and running people down... :'( rip hypertanks
Except sivir is one of the best ADC's in the game, and my main ADC that I play and I love her ultimate lol. Her ulti is one of the best escape AND engage tools in the game capable of giving you AND your allies a huge advantage. Honestly positionining is key in this game, and her ultimate is one such tool that really heightens the power of skilled players.
Coin doesn't ever get built because it's a terrible gold-item for supports compared to queen/FoTM. Her ult isn't even that great anymore, and all it takes is a little better vision control and not being dumb about it to not get abused by it anyways.
