Idea for Ranked

So, I had an idea on ranked i'm sure a lot of people have mentioned it in the past but I'm going to repeat it I think. Well, I've done ranked games where people would rage quit and or d/c for whatever reason personal or just pure rage. Either way it happened in 3/5 of my ranked games yesterday and it ruined the experience for my teammates and we need a way to deal with a 4v5.

Well, if it is possible a way so I could queue for a fill role for already in progress ranked games. And I can take over the person who d/cs after a certain amount of time. You can choose to invite your friends as riot wants us to play with more friends. example: i queue up and someone d/cs mid game 5 minutes pass and i invite my friend to fill that role.. the game will pause while he loads in and continues playing the game as the champion that character like if the d/c member was playing karma then my friend would have to play karma

I don't know if this is possible, I doubt it. Anyways the reward would be more LP/IP for the member who came in... Would lose the same amount of IP but they're at risk of someone leaving like 0/5/0. Maybe put a way for them to view the games they want to enter that they feel have a chance and not games where someone fed 1/18/2.

Just some thought on this idc if it sounds dumb. Maybe someone can advance on this.
