Ranked mastery 5 plus

Can we like have it so you can only play your mastery 5 or above champs in ranked. I am really sick and tired of these brain dead Zoe’s that lock her in in my placements. Legit 3 out of my 4 losses were these idiots never showing to fights or going 2/11 in lane.
