How much player behavior affects hextech keys drop rate ?

Hi i've been witnessing over the past 4 weaks my lack of key fragments drop rate . when i first started playing league (around 2months ago) keys were dropping like crazy but overtime they stopped and no key fragments have been dropping over the past month except for 1 key fragment that i got after getting my first pentakill now i know i've been getting lots of low prority queues and i know that player behaviour affects your keys drop rates but how much does it affect it? and does it reset after a month or i have to fix my previous faults and be a sportsman ? plz clarify how i can make my key fragment drop rate higher! thank you

As far as I'm aware, as long as you're eligible for Hextech Loot, respective behaviour levels don't matter until you're earning Honor Capsules, which contain additional key fragments.

Keys, perhaps unsurprisingly, open chests. Key fragments are now linked to Honor and will drop by playing games and avoiding penalties like chat restrictions and bans. Fragments will not drop immediately after games but rather while browsing the client or upon logging in sometime after you’ve played some games.

Each player's key fragment drop rate is unique. You can earn up to 12 key fragments in a 4 week period, and the drops should feel evenly spread out through the month. After four weeks, the timer is reset.
