With the new dragons i think there needs to be restrictions to smite
In the above game, the whole of the enemy team got smite before the dragon changes this wasn't a big deal. Now that the dragons count as equal (in total for gameplay element including the Elder Dragon) with the Baron Nasher. The enemy team before 5 min had snuffed out our jungle and taken the early dragons with little effort how is a random group supposed to fight a 3-man (at least) premade with this setup. All I could do after 5 min was play catchup for the rest of the game. I understand that I did die quite a few times but wow this seems like one of those examples of game-breaking tools. I know its not a popular opinion but why can't we have a limit or restrictions within Ranked and Normal Drafts. Playing the game I understand loss is part of it but this game, in particular, was not fun on any level even with the constant threat of Nocturne (to which I understand pick on easy targets get win) looking past that I had to start robbing from my own jungle just so that the enemy couldn't take it resulting in a bigger gap for our jungle and theirs (sorry jungle if it's there gold and exp id rather take it from them to stop them). I'm sure this will get buried but this really needs to be looked into. Looking for constructive criticism ex. disperse smites damage in some percentage across all smites.
