Team Ult Timers

I haven't seen any news about this, but I have always wondered why they didn't make ult timers when they created the new layout long ago. Im still wondering why it hasn't been included or thought off. When you're playing a game and you want to know how much time for a teammates ult to be up, you shouldn't need to ask them or have them ping their ult. You should be able to hover over the blue cool down circle next to the champ icon and see a timer show how much left (Minutes/seconds). Any thoughts?
