@Riot Will we be getting a 3rd catalyst item to compensate it being taken off GLP?

I'm just asking since I main Karthus and Catalyst is especially good on him (technically it's considered one of his core building items), and I'd sometimes get GLP if I'm running my JG Predator build (I run Ingenious Hunter), but without Catalyst now I don't think I'll be able to run it as well. And while I do sometimes run RoA and/or Abyssal, I liked the variety I had with GLP as a catalyst option.

On a slightly unrelated note, regarding that new Spellbound Orb item, when it say Allied/Enemy spellcasts, does the Allied part mean just your allies, or can you charge it yourself as well?
