Post Game stats wont load

A while back I went through Riot tech support due to the problem of my post game stats not loading, and sometimes my client randomly timing out, after we went through the steps, my helper recommended using a VPN when I play, and this helped. However, when I use a Vpn, my ping spikes from 20 up to 120, and this affects my gameplay, as im not the best even with good ping. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and if they found a fix for this not using a vpn. Thank you!
