Riot can people in low priority queue get tokens?

Hello, by tokens I mean queue tokens. These can be tokens which you get after waiting 10 mins, which allow you to enter the queue normally. Now alot of times this happens: you wait 10 minutes and you queue in:- Two things can happen: You may need to go to the restroom or something. Or sometimes (atleast for me) I queue up, press accept, everything fine, then all of a sudden: error, game ------- not found.

Thus I just thought this would fix the problem. Thanks.
