Mini Olaf rework idea(mostly number changes)
Passive: Attack speed slightly nerfed early but buffed for mid-late. Something like 0.75% attack speed per 1% missing health and 1.5% attack speed per 1% missing health.
Q: Unchanged.
W: No longer gives flat lifesteal but instead heals olaf based on his max health or missing health per auto attack(maybe around 1% max/2% missing per auto late game). His autos deal the bonus damage on what he would heal. Healing passive remains unchanged.
E: No change.
R: Same as live.
This rework would promote his juggernaut build more and semi fix his issue of "if I dont build lots of AD I will do no damage, if I get fully tanky I will be ignored."
