AND WOAH! The balance team STILL hasn't fixed any of the core issues. The late game scaling marksman class still gets the cheapest items and makes or breaks the game, the bruiser class is still pretty useless without fervor unless they go 12-0, the Papier-mâché towers are still shit and die before 9 minutes without a 5 man bot gank, and the rune system still isn't balanced out. Well done balance team! I don't wanna say you're all bad at your jobs because I might get this post deleted, but I'm gonna rate you a Nunu on this one out of a total possible score of Vayne.

But hey, at least you "nerfed" Kayle (AKA made her early game weak but buffed her E late game, on a champ who is MEANT to be weak early) and nerfed Heimer on a skill that wasn't the core issue.

I'm glad you gave predator the refund of 50% because it was in a shitty spot, but that was the last issue that needed work. Now maybe fix some core issues instead of wondering why people are asking for you guys to be fired after 2 years of ignoring the civil posts that suggested ideas on the boards. I remember suggesting thornmail give grevious wounds, and 2 years later it finally happened. Am I gonna have to wait 2 years for marksmen to be nerfed?
