QoL Ghost Poro Change

Ghost Poros all look alike and it can sometimes prove difficult to tell who placed what poro where if you happen to have multiple players using them.

One situation could be where an ally wards a brush and an enemy later pops a ghost poro down in that brush... now, I know we SHOULD be paying attention to the map to see what is happening and where, but the mini map doesn't tell us the enemy stopped long enough to dump a poro somewhere. Instead, all we see is an enemy trying to hide. So, then an ally walks by the brush without bothering to scare off the poro because they see it with the ally ward in the brush and think, 'Oh, that's nothing, probably something my jungle misplaced' or whatever.

That's just an example.

Now, I don't know if mind tricks were intended with the ghost poro rune, but I'd like a small change to it that allows us to easily differentiate between enemy and ally poros.

My personal suggestion is to have visible ghost poros labeled with the name of the resoective champion that placed them down.

Of course, it could be easier or simpler to change the color of the poro for players to differentiate between enemy and ally poros.
