(item suggestion) crit ad item

• so besides iE and essence reaver theres no other good crit item.. triforce - low ad and crit =pointless unless u spam spells. So there really should be another item with ad and crit.. what if u want more ad and crit but essence reaver isn't optimal and u already have iE.. and more atk speed isnt your style or optimal

• didnt think of a name for it yet but my initial stats on a new crit item would be: like 50ish ad and 30crit%.. unique passive: increases the chance to crit your target by 5-10% and increases your atk speed by the same amount(you could make it u get a stack of attack speed every time you crit instead).. if u didn't crit on your last attack on the target.. adding 1 stack for every auto that doesnt crit on your target lasting for 5-10sec unique passive Frenzy: critting a champion consumes your stacks on the target(need good name) (atleast the increased crit stacks, atk speed could be consumed 2 depends on how u build atk speed stacks) giving you 10 base mov speed +5per stack on the champion for 5sec or something like that(criting something with stacks on it other than a champion consumes them but doesn't give u the mov speed)

PROS: it would be really good in almost every occasion.. 1v1 vs the other adc you'll have the mov speed to catch up to them for more play making potential if there running away but only if the fight last long enough for you to auto them a few times before you crit...teamfights, you see an opening to get off a few autos then have the mov speed to do as u wish if u manage to crit..also decreases the rng of crit.. without giving u 100%. it would also be a good 1st item.. and synergize with the other atk speed items expecialy with the base % mov speed on them.. and also it be good if u already have a atk speed steroid and dont want to build a zeal item.. so like this item and iE would also synergize really well.. i dont think it would be a goto for every person who wants to build crit but a few of them im sure would have it in there build path.. there should defiantly be another ad crit item. all there is is cd and more damage.. hopefully this catches your fancy and i think its a good mix of healthy and fun for the game, and adds alot of vareity of what to build after this for unique play styles. without being op considering you only get the good bonuses if u haven't crit in awhile and once u do ur damage falls off but u have the mov speed to repoistion better or follow up on a fleeing enemy that normally would take forever to get back into auto range if they both have the same mov speed and no gap closer ..
