Any chance you're going to give Lucian back some of his range?

I feel that after the nerfs to his damage, he's in a really bad spot. His range was nerfed in exchange for more damage, but then his damage was nerfed. Any chance you could make him a 525 champ at least? He doesn't have the utility and teamfight damage like Sivir does; he's a champion that used to reliably peel himself as long as he was able to land his abilities and use his dash at the best time. But now he has to rely on snowballing off the laning phase in order to have a real presence later in the game.

I think his early game is fine, he just needs to changes to help him scale better into the late game. I don't think a range buff would be to much, considering that Kalista even exists.

(I'm aware that he's getting a buff to Lightslinger and Ardent Blaze, but I don't think this really helps to address his core problems)
