None of them need reworks.. Yes, they may need some power moved around but not reworked.

I've noticed almost all of them are divers, also some champs need to be easy, for the newer players

Just try playing her against champs with strong gap closers and watch how fast you die. Just try hitting them with Q.
tthe only thing that needs to be changed about them is some visuals on yi and zil. and lakalii is lated for some already. also, vayne requires no skill? her late game not so much maybe, but early to mid she requires you to have perfect kiting in team fights and skirmishes
