I like the new ap changes but...

Check why they change AP items, the AD items are just in the same spot right now but it's even worse, and while mages get new items (item 3285 ) the ADC meta is the most boring one, 80% of the builds are the same, few exceptions though (Kalista Vayne ) And those ADC have a strong aura in game for this.

The adc meta would be really better if the items were to deal less but to become more situational and give counterplay regarding the enemy teamcomp or which character you picked..

Two things bothering me as en example :

item 3035 This item is built by almost EVERY AD character even assasins, bruisers, it feels really unspecific when you want to rely on AA as an ADC, though it still makes a lot of sense with some (Graves as an example )

Second, why do i get rekt by an unfed APC when I am fed as an ADC ? the AP guy can go for this item 3191 while an ADC can't really go for item 3140 which doesn't really help, and even ADC items deal so much and are so expensive that you simply can't build anything and you most rush the usual (item 3031 item 3046 /item 3087 item 3035) before you can really build anything specific.

I know AP carries are supposed to burst ADC down so they counter their DPS damages, but still I really don't like it when a 0/3 APC one shots me and i can't do anything even if i'm 5/0.

It's the whole power budget of ADC items which has a problem to me, it's to damage centered, so you can't allow ADC to have very specific counterplay options in their build, because they would be completely OP by then,

TL.DR Less damage to ADCs more buildpath options for more specific situations.

the next thing that i would like to mention is that adc's were never meant to burst other squishies this may not have much to do with the topic but sustained damage dealer which is the adc as we know it ... well he deals sustained damage as description says not infinite burst damage if they ever look at the class i would like them to take a look at this

every adc is basically doing the same.

there are only so many ways to make items that are focused on auto attacks. items focused to synergize with abilites in champions kits are more diverse for this reason.

but all the ranged ad kits basically look the same. mobility tools, cc and attack speed or ad steroids.

Not sure to get what you mean, you think about the triangle DPS->TANKY->BURST-> DPS ?

in reality there is no triangle. carries sustained damge is so high, that it equals or outperforms burst damage of mages. if you get crit by a jinx rocket for 1400 damage (yes, that actually happened in one of my last games. this number isnt exaggerated or made up). then the entire rock paper scissors concept doesnt work anymore.

what needs more diversity is fighter itemization. but thats difficult to accomplish without buffing adc at the same time.

I absolutly agree here...and it´s mostly because Crit is just too overwhelming as a stat: Someone like Graves actually would work incredible well with an AD-Caster-build already, but ironically he will have more burst and more sustained dmg with the common crit-build later on. Also IE just is doing too much all at once - offering the highest AD and the best dps-multiplier at the same time. It´s pretty much as if they´d add 20%CDR to Deathcap, so it doesn´t "only" offer the lategame-scaling-steroid but all the midgame power aswell. It´s just horrible design and if they keep it that way it will always be the #1 rush-item for Carries, despite being somewhat of a lategame-scaling-thing aswell. If everyone would get the Ashe-treatment on Crit it already could help alot for itemization, because then Crit atleast would have a clear dps-identity instead of being bursty and sustained-dmg at the same time.

First of all, while the builds for marksman are very same-y, the overall power level of the role is at a good spot right now. They're not too strong, they're not too weak. Messing around with items could push them off this balance and create more, worse problems than stale build paths. The risk/reward for tampering with AD items isn't that good right now.

Secondly, AD items with defensive stats aren't allowed to be a thing because AD bruisers would abuse them and marksman that deal insane DPS while being robust would be horrifying. The only reason Atma's got a free pass for as long as it did was because most AD bruisers didn't build crit and most marksmen didn't build additional HP. The trade off for having god-like damage for a marksman is that you're squishy as hell. The trade off for being an AD bruiser is that you generally have to build damage and tankiness one at a time.
