Question to Riot about Building My Runes

As a Tristana main, I really like Lethal Tempo... but why would I take it when FF gives me amazing sustain in lane and Press the Attack is simply better for damage?

I thought the idea for Runes for them to be all really good, so you could pick what would fit your style the best, yet once again we're defaulting to Pages with High Win ratios, as they simply perform better in the majority of situations.

I think new Runes are fun, but they're failing spectacularly at supporting unique personalized play styles.
