[VGU]: About Udyr & VGU's

Did some thinking & I have a few Questions about both Udyr & the process that goes into reworking a champion.

It was announced not long ago that among the new Tier-1 VGU's, Udyr would join that Group of champions slated for a Relaunch/Rework. What interests me here is that since Udyr has a pretty unique kit & an Ultimate Skin (a skin that alot of people consider his official VU), how would a champion like him be looked at?

I imagine one rework that took quite a while to work on was Yorick, mainly since they needed to find a direction to take him in & his original kit had been nerfed in the past since it was extremely anti-fun. Now since Udyr has a unique playstyle that not many champions have and a playstyle alot of players enjoy (depends on how you feel about him), how long do you think it will take before something comes his way?

This also applies to other champions that undergo a VGU. How does the design team collectively brainstorm ideas on how the newer iteration is going to be? Where do they look for inspiration?
