Leaver-Buster is F.U.B.A.R.

OK, so i just tried to get into an intermediate bot game to try a build for my favorite champ. i ended up in a game with ALL BOTS for my teammates. literally everyone in the game except for me was controlled by a third party program. this is easily identified by all of them rushing mid and tower diving, calling out repeated one word statements in chat like "Frozen." or "Lag." i then left the game, KNOWING i was going to be penalized. i believe leaver buster is extremely broken, the the highest extent of the word. the first questions i asked about leaver buster, as the same as everyone else was, "what if there is a power outage/game crash/IRL emergency?" and you can go to riot support and find their answer, which is a glorified "tough shit." What furthered my anger was that you cannot complain to riot directly. there is no option for direct feedback other than this, making a discussion. i was OK with leaver buster at first, thinking that yes it had MANY cons, but it would stop people from leaving or quitting, which is good. but now with an exponential increase in third party programs being used to just make mindless drones that walk into the tower, getting themselves killed, thus feeding the enemy champion of whatever lane they happen to be in. as i said before, i just went into a game where my ENTIRE TEAM was made up of these drones. i could have either kept playing, had a bad experience with the game, and lost anyway. or i could leave and go to a new game, and end up with real teammates. but no, this is essentially no longer an option with leaver-buster. I must now play, no matter how PUNISHING the experience is. Leaver-buster is broken, as is whatever is keeping bots from joining games, because there is far more of that happening than ever, so much so that a team is now filled with them. i ask anyone who reads this, please, hear my cry and get enough votes to get leaver-buster removed, if riot even looks at this place at all.
