My Gripes With The New Ranked System

1. Players are actually warned and it looks like punished if they are asked nicely to switch a role. I allowed a player to play another role they were more comfortable with and we won the game. Well, I got a warning saying I cannot do role swaps and I will be punished if I do it a lot. I was just being nice and letting players play something they know they can carry and have fun on. Why are players being punished then?

2. The types of players that are in ranked games right now are legit trolls. ADC Soraka top that flashes into fights and just silences. She died almost 13 times before 20 mins and made the game harder. A toxic Bard JG who knows he is JG but buys a support item and goes into the JG. He feeds the entire game and then goes on to feed just as much as the Soraka and is rude. A new DIana player who is being toxic and refusing to listen to nice and peaceful advice about building an item first because she is behind, but continues to feed and be toxic in the game.

The game is not fun and it is unplayable when players are inting and not taking it seriously. The game is unbearable and not likely to keep players around when there is no actual punishment being given to these players that are just ruining games. These players need to be removed from ranked until they can learn to adjust their behavior. I don't care if someone is new but is trying their hardest to get better. When a duo player group is deliberately going support picks in two roles they know they cannot function, don't ruin it for everyone else that is trying to climb. Remove these types of players from ranked games.
