add a "undecided" vote option. where their vote would count as whatever the majority was. in a case where the majority votes undecided. its treated as a no vote.
add a minute 10 surrender option that would require a unanimous vote. at 20 minutes. it changes to 4-1 majority. at 35 minutes. it changes to a 3-2 majority to pass. and at 50 minutes. people can afk without penalty but recieve zero IP and automatically lose LP even if the team wins
make the person who initates the vote anonymous.
players who habitually troll by forcing surrenders lose thier ability to initiate votes and have thier votes treated as half a vote. and would only pass a vote if it were going to pass anyway.. and players who habitually troll by voting no. have thier vote count as half a vote and would only fail a vote if it were to fail without them.
this would make it harder to troll by holding a game hostage by constantly voting no. while allowing people to still be able to play out a game
and would protect people why try to surrender from negative attitude reports. simply for trying to ff
