Why would you remove draft pick?

Just why? If I want to practice a certain role why should I have to deal with the anarchy and trolls that blind pick causes? Same thing happens every time; Someone starts spamming the chat and threatens to troll should you not allow him to play that role? From the moment team builder(later named draft pick) was introduced I never played blind pick again and you can't believe how thankful I was for that. Of course I understand that draft pick was less popular but the player experience is much better in draft pick and it's the perfect environment for when you want to play ranked without tryharding/only caring about victory as opposed to having fun. Riot pls bring back draft pick.
