Ranking system

Hi Riot Games, I am sure you have gotten a lot of emails about the ranking system in league of legends but serious fix it it has just gotten worse and worse and can you please bring back regular ranked and get rid of ranked flex q, we should not be limited to only 2 people in regular ranked q.
