One for All would be so much better if we could choose our champs

When I first heard of this game mode I was very excited to try it with Singed. I thought it would be super fun!

Then I realized that the only way I could play singed is if I queued with at least 2 other people who wanted to play singed - but this was not ideal since the other 2 random people have likely never played singed before, and thus 1. wouldn't know how to play him, and 2. would be mad that they were forced to play singed and might just troll and int.

And the enemy team has the same issue: likely 1-2 people on the enemy team know their champions very well, and the rest are just feeding their asses off like i did in my riven game yesterday.

The result of all this is some very sub-par gameplay. If I am queued up with 5 singed mains, we dominate and win super hard. If I am playing with people who don't main singed the game is a mess and is likewise not very fun.

So please, Rito, make it so we can choose the champion we want to play in one-for-all mode, and then queue us up with other people who want to play that same champion. This would make for much more interesting and fun games, and we could actually test which match-ups favour which champions, instead of just seeing if the 1 person who mains the champion on their team can carry harder than the other person on the opposing team.

When you say "choose the champion we want to play in one-for-all mode, and then queue us up with other people who want to play that same champion", wouldn't that take a long time? What if someone wanted to play Yorick or Singed but no one else was queueing with that champ?

Interesting solution. I was trying to think up of a way to deal with that problem. It didn't occur to me to use a queue that places people that wanna play the same champ together. This is a very good idea.

The queue times for that would be absolutely insanity, though it could be interesting if you could choose as many champs as you own to play as and queue up for all of them at once.

It is a goof around game type. It isn't meant to be competitive. If you really wanted to win every match simply pick Veigar.

So true. I just had a game where i wanted to do ofa ivern and one of my teammates who wanted to do zed decided to int because "ivern is shit and you should be ashamed for voting such a shit champ." First off, ivern aint shit you low elo trash. Second, plz, don't int. Fun game modes are meant for FUN, not being a little b*tch for no reason at all.

I'm fairly certain every time this gamemode is out people get pissed at the characters that get picked and they get stuck with.

You're able to dodge if you're not willing to try, or just don't play the mode. Its frustrating when you go against something OP like 5 Galios lol. 5 yasuos sucks

people should be able to queue for more than just 1 champ, similar to how release draft mode could accept more than 1 role. And i say "release draft mode" cuz u prob dont wanna get auto-filled for an one-for-all game

i think this is a great idea, as a a support main, i always wanted to que up with other support mains and duke it out, but becuase when i go on one for all they want to pick yasuo, riven, lee sin, lux, and its just champions i feel uncomfortable playing, not because i suck, (WHICH I DON'T PLAT 3 MAIN HERE GO SUCK A DUCK) but because what i loved about league was playing supports. So one for all shoned me out of that gameplay.

What I hate about one for all is how the majority will always get their champion with absolutely no chance for the minority's champ. This basically means that premades will always have their way over other players.

I dunno how match making would work or banning, though for the most part one for all is very unfun because there's going to be a lot of unhappy people on either side who will flame/rage and sometimes int throughout the whole game or it ends up being a stomp cus that one guy who picked aatrox or something got his pick and the enemy team had like darius

I don't at one for all simply because every single game is the same pool of like.... 10 champions. Any attempt to do something different is futile

I want to know what does it take to play singed correctly? I like singed and would like to improve with him but I seriously dont know what I am doing... all I feel like doing is troll the enemy team making them chase me but most of the times they just catch me fast and I die.

I say leave the option to do so, meaning two separate queue options. One to be put into Lottery, and the other option to be put into a match with 4 others who want your champion as well.

Actually the 3/1/2 singe looks to have done the worst/second worst and wasn't impactful to the match at all. Do people not understand 'copy the build of the one snowballing out of control/doing well;' well?
