When is bottom lane going to be fixed?

The turret is basically useless right now.

You can't even sit under it to farm 1v2 if your support isn't with you for some reason; it's so weak that it does fuck all to stop you from being dived. And god help you if you're behind, because the idea of playing defensively is no longer relevant, leaving you no way to play safely and catch up.
