Bad matchmaking

Hi this is my first time making a discussion and I think it is necessary. I have fallen victim to what is known to me as bad matchmaking for a couple days now. What I mean by that is almost (80%) all the games that I play there is always 1 or 2 guys that just feeds and ruins the game. Of course, it may be that my luck has run out but this happens way too much. I recently got gold IV but is now sitting at gold v with no lp because of bad teammates. There is a couple games where I must admit where I haven't performed my best but most games the laners lose lane and by the time I gank, it's too late as the laner is too fed. This happens way too frequently and I am now really frustrated with the opposing team getting free wins. I only win 1/5 of my games and it is really annoying me. Any tips as a jg that might help?
